Questions before you book?A few clear answers before your next step.

Is the deposit an extra charge?

The $500 reservation deposit is part of your package total. The remaining balance is due in cash on the morning of your event. Your agreement explains the deposit terms.

Can I review everything before signing?

Yes. Review your package, extras, event details, total, deposit and remaining balance together. Use the Edit links to make changes before creating your agreement. You then review and sign the agreement on the next screen.

Can I request more services later?

Yes. Request the additions you want. Robert will confirm availability and the updated price. Additions are included only after they are confirmed in an updated proposal or agreement.

When can I start using my planning portal?

Once the studio has approved your date, sign your agreement, send your deposit, and report it as sent to open planning. You can work on your timeline, music, locations and selections. The studio verifies receipt separately before confirming your reservation.
